JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideation and execution of multiple digital/social media campaigns.
- Conceptualise, plan and publish original, high-quality content on social media platforms.
- Leverage on organic social media platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn) to increase followers and engagement for brands assigned to you.
- Brand content calendar production to meet overall communication strategy.
- Curate and create brand assets, user-generated content and more to stir conversation among client’s target audiences while maintaining the brand’s voice.
- Craft short and long-form copies for social media content, articles, and ad copies.
- Conduct interviews and translate interviews to articles and social media content.
- Research and write original editorial content for articles, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Produce thumb-stopping social media content on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to promote client campaigns or events.
- Work closely with the in-house design team to produce out of the box content and campaigns.
- Support the team’s efforts on proposals, pitches and meetings for both new and existing business.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
- You have solid English-language copywriting and editing skills.
- Curious, creative and able to generate creative ideas and content with the support of the creative team.
- Able to work independently whilst balancing multiple tasks.
- Deadlines don’t scare you; they motivate you.
- A self-starter, someone who takes the initiative and can work independently.
- Not afraid to take risks and try new things, continually testing and learning.
- Fluent in using popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and have experience using social media management, reporting, and listening tools.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Required Skill(s): Social Media, Content Creation, Copywriting
- Nice to have: Preferably executives/senior executives specialised in Advertising/Media or equivalent, Background in journalism and/or public relations, B2B marketing experience.
