RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

THE JOB

As a Recruitment Specialist, you are extremely important to the functioning and growth
of LOKi. You will perform the basic functions of the HR department and you are the
advocate between talent and the company!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Manage internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with hiring manager
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Conduct initial onboarding to newly hired employees
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Help in organising monthly sports activity and support in organising company event when necessary.
  • Any ad-hoc HR related task which is required by the management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
