POSITION FOR
VIDEOGRAPHER
THE JOB
- Shoot and edit short form social media content
- Social media content ideation: Idea and execution
- Input creative flair on storytelling
- Plan and produce: Call-sheet, ppm, props, logistics, admin, etc.
- Shoot and assist: Shoot/film on set, lighting, equipment, audio, setting up, etc. (including mobile videography)
- Post-production: Editing, basic motion graphics and sound editing
- Take a brief to grasp production team's needs and specifications
- Research, experiment and apply latest social media trends on executional ideas
- Making sure the output of the project is consistent with proposed ideas and at the highest quality, within the given timeline
- Assisting team members in any tasks within production (when needed)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-4 years experience (fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply)
- Thorough knowledge of videography production process (from pre-production to post-production/output)
- Sound knowledge of equipment technicality (eg. camera, lens, lighting, audio equipment etc.) - including mobile videography
- Social media savvy, a good trend-spotter: knowledge of the latest trend of social media (TikTok, Instagram Stories, Reels, etc.)
- Intermediate/Expert video editing skills (Premiere or FCP)
- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects)
- Ability to think creatively to produce new execution ideas
- Highly organized and able to multitask with great time management skills
- Attention to detail: great eye for detail in art, design, execution
- Outspoken and good verbal communication (English)
- Team-player: good with team communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize the urgency for each task
